He is an Affiliate Member of the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA) and is recognized for his professional excellence, integrity, and commitment to delivering value-driven solutions aligned with clients’ commercial objectives.
With more than eight years of experience in tax compliance and advisory, he specializes in tax consulting, tax audits, tax reviews, and tax due diligence for both local and international clients. His expertise spans banking, garment and general manufacturing, construction, hydroelectric power, and trading services. This enables him to deliver practical, solutions-oriented tax advice tailored to complex business environments.
